ReviewFlow Setup — Get More 5-Star Reviews

What you'll have: Automatic review requests sent to every customer via SMS/email after their visit.

1 Download ReviewFlow

After purchase, you'll receive a download link. Unzip the file to any folder on your computer.

2 Install (one command)

Open your terminal/command prompt. Navigate to the ReviewFlow folder and run:

npm install

3 Configure Your Business

Open config.js and fill in:

BUSINESS_NAME = "Your Business Name"
GOOGLE_REVIEW_LINK = "your-google-review-link"
// Get your link: Google Maps → Your Business → Share → Copy Link

4 Add Your Customers

Add customer phone numbers or emails to the dashboard. Or connect your POS/booking system for automatic imports.

Common Questions

How do I get my Google Review link?

Go to Google Maps → Search your business → Click "Share" → Copy the link. Paste it in config.js.

What if a customer is unhappy?

ReviewFlow has a built-in sentiment filter. It asks "How was your experience?" first. If they rate below 4 stars, it redirects them to private feedback instead of a public review.

How many review requests can I send?

Unlimited. Send as many as you need.

1 Get Your Embed Code

After purchase, you'll receive a single line of code. It looks like this:

Due date

5 Start ChaseBot
